The Architect will work on a variety of architectural developments spanning from residential, commercial development, educational, leisure and on occasions master planning.

The Architect will work on a variety of architectural developments spanning from residential, commercial development, educational, leisure and on occasions master planning.


ArchitectPosition Overview

  • Prepare and present feasible reports and design proposals to clients
  • Advise on the nature and quality of materials needed
  • Resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction
  • Build and maintain both existing and new client relationships.
  • Offer architectural support, guidance and coordination of projects within the office.
  • Run jobs from inception to completion
  • Propose/debate alternative solutions to technical and operational client requirements whilst maintaining a customer focused approach

ArchitectPosition Requirements

  • Residential experience necessary
  • Planning experience with London Authorities
  • Good design skills
  • Conversion of existing buildings experience preferable
  • Managing a team already
  • Revit Experience prefered
  • Good knowledge of UK building regs and planning laws

ArchitectPosition Remuneration

  • Salary Expectation £35,000 £45,000 (DOE)
  • Pension
