Sharp Brains Limited is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in IT Services and Solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility and autonomy.Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting and performance feedback.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
HR Administration:
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review and decisionmaking purposes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
