As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting senior management in various areas, including content marketing, sales administration, and general administrative tasks.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Here's what you'll be doing:


  • Content Marketing: Mainly content editing, ensuring materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Sales Administration: Assisting with basic prospecting, appointment setting, and diary management for the sales team.
  • Admin and Errands: Providing support with both personal and professional errands, ensuring efficient time management and organizational effectiveness.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally as an executive assistant or in a related administrative position.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for errands, if necessary.
  • Must live locally to Leeds and have the flexibility to work remotely.
