Job responsibilities:


  • Encourage efficient practice and create thinking time for the leadership team through proactive, simple, consistent organizational support and leadership
  • Design and support of strategic group communications including Group Town Halls, Group Leadership Video messages, yearend messages and organization announcements
  • Design and own ongoing group communications including weekly/monthly Group newsletters/updates, Group symphony messaging/maintenance and Group intranet development/maintenance
  • Ownership and support for Senior Stakeholder Forums and communication strategies. Scheduling, agenda planning and preparation planning
  • Manage Business Reviews, Executive Reporting, Leadership Meetings and Offsite/planning other business events
  • Meet finance targets through implementation of best practices around travel and engagement expenditure, recruitment and productivity

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Exemplifies the highest standards of ethics and integrity, selfstarter who is creative with a 'cando' attitude
  • Takes responsibility and ownership for issues and follows through to resolution with timely and relevant communications
  • Excellent prioritisation, planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and to act with own initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident in both verbal and written communication at all levels, Influencing action and change
  • Assimilates broadranging information quickly and able to distil into key points
  • Good data analysis, Power Point and Excel skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to analyze and integrate information to formulate a "story" for Senior Management, supported by strong PowerPoint abilities to create impactful visualization
  • Strong data centric and problem solving mindset prepared to puzzlesolve and design innovative solutions
  • Challenge mindset & intellectually curious agile, inquisitive, diverse, confident to question the status quo, courage to challenge
  • Technical and analytical skills, data manipulation (Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
