7pm - 7am - £12.50ph
Gi Group is currently recruiting for a Food Production Operative role for our client in West Bromwich. Our client is an innovative vitamin manufacturer who seeks Food Production Operatives to start ASAP. Experience in catering, food manufacturing and productionwould be a great advantage.
We require flexible and adaptable Food Production Operatives to start ASAP.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow recipes and/ or product direction for proper food preparation.
  • Ensure that product quality and presentation always meets company standards.
  • Maintain quality and productivity at a high standard.
  • Measuring and weighing all ingredients.
  • Mixing ingredients.
  • Attention to detail when checking products for any defects or defaults.
  • Perform visual quality checks as well as using an automated system for quality control.
  • Experience in food production, mixing and weighing ingredients or the equivalent is preferred.
  • Good team player with great interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work in a busy work environment and work well under pressure.
  • Be able to prioritise workload.
  • Keen eye for detail.
