Description
Our highly regarded client is currently seeking a positive and empathetic people person to join their collaborative team as a Customer Relations Co-Ordinator.
Within this role, you will be able to demonstrate your helpfulness and strong customer service skills and use them as you effectively manage enquiries and complaints, whilst also providing exceptional administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to client requests for complaint updates and helping in the preparation of monthly client reports
- Monitoring the complaints inbox, logging all new complaints and allocating to complaint handler
- Supporting the team with background research and investigations into complaints
- Reviewing the daily/weekly/monthly complaints report and chase updates
- Complete monthly data cleanse
- Dealing with simple, templated final responses
- Undertaking any individual or team task or activity reasonably requested and in line with the company values

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
