Job Details
1、Responsible for the completion of sales performance in the UK market.


Including not limited to channel Mapping, comprehensive market information collection, business model and business strategy design (and opportunity market volume, major competitor products and market space, retail terminal layout and competitor product placement, etc.), to ensure that business objectives are achieved.

2、Responsible for the sales management of the UK market.


Undertake the business strategy targets assigned to the UK by the company, combine with resource allocation (including people, finance, materials, information, etc.) to develop business strategies, and manage the stage achievement and tracing of the achievement path, and be responsible for the sales of the UK market.

3、Responsible for UK market retailing and ground promotion.


Build up the UK retail capacity, formulate retail strategy and development goals, coordinate the camp and management of the retail business, and complete the various operational targets issued by the company.


4、Responsible for the management of sales and retail team, including but not limited to team capacity building under the performance requirements, effective performance incentives, etc.


Requirements:


1, more than 5 years of overseas sales management experience in large enterprises, more than 3 years of senior management experience, especially in FMCG industry.

2、Experience or knowledge of the electronic cigarette industry.

3、Possess product knowledge, marketing knowledge, brand operation knowledge, project management knowledge and business negotiation thinking.

4、Integration of business and resources across departments, market insight and analysis.


5、Successful experience in the implementation of the company's product layout, annual business strategy for overseas market, overseas market organization and operation mode.

6、Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.


工作内容:
1、负责英国市场销售业绩达成,包括不限于渠道Mapping梳理,全面市场信息收集,商业模式及业务策略设计(及机会市场容量、主要竞品以及市场空间、零售终端布局及竞品排布等),保障业务目标达成。

2、负责英国市场的销售管理工作:承接公司下达给英国的经营战略指标,结合资源分配(包括人、财、物、信息等)制定业务策略,输出作战路径规划,并管理达成路径的阶段性实现及追踪,对英国市场的销售负责。

3、负责英国市场零售和地推:搭建英国零售能力,制定零售策略及发展目标,统筹零售业务的营及管理,完成公司下达的各项经营指标。

4、负责销售及零售团队的管理、包括不限于在业绩要求下的团队能力建设,有效的绩效激励等。


基本要求:
1、5年以上大型企业海外营销管理经验,3年以上高层管理经验。

2、对电子烟行业有一定的经验或认识;
3、产品知识,市场营销知识、品牌运作知识,项目管理知识,商务谈判思维。

4、跨部门的业务和资源整合、市场洞察和分析。

5、有公司产品布局、海外市场年度业务策略、海外市场组织及运作模式等落地的成功经验。

£38,960.59-£60,694.53 per year
