Role Purpose
You will be a dedicated staff member working directly with Qatar Airways Operations.

What you will be doing

Receive and process cargo reservations requests from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
Determine the most efficient routes and schedules for cargo shipments
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and keeping customers informed about their cargo
Monitor and track cargo shipments to ensure ontime delivery
Billing and invoicing activities
