Job summary:

    Job description:This role is for an administration officer who will work with and across all aspects of the Facilities Management service delivery model as part of a team. The role will sit within a Team that delivers specific outcomes for customers and stakeholders or, within Delivery will also have specific responsibility for delivery of services and projects. The quality of services delivered to customers will be a key deliverable for the Facilities Management Teams and made transparent to our Customers and Stakeholders.

Person specification:


  • This is a challenging role with priorities and tasks changing daily so the postholder will need to be highly motivated and able to organise their time/workload to achieve the outcomes required. They will also need to work well alone and also as part of a team.
  • The postholder will be required to:
  • Serve visitors by welcoming and directing them appropriately;
  • Notify company staff of visitor arrival;
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the visitor book and checking passes;
  • Delivery of support services including provision of postal and reception services; meeting room bookings; managing and ordering stock maintenance and purchase of office supplies and stationery.
No previous experience required as full training will be given


Qualifications:


  • GCSE level or equivalent
