Description
Brand new role for an impressive client who leading in their field and expanding due to continued success


Duties
Advising on latest product ranges and availabilities

Contacting lapsed or dormant clients to advise on new stock

Dealing with resellers and business to business account holders

Dealing with quotes

Chasing confirmation of orders

Use of internal platforms such as 'shopify'

Attending meeting with immediate manager

Working with customer services department

Building strong relationships with clients


Experience
Previous experience in Customer Services or Customer Account Management is Essential

  • Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
