Are you an ambitious and experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a new opportunity in the heart of South West London? Our client, a reputable multi-branch independent estate agency, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Lettings Negotiator based in South West London.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting property viewings and showcasing the unique features of available rental properties.
Building and maintaining relationships with both landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth rental process.
Negotiating and finalizing rental agreements to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Keeping uptodate with the local property market trends and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator, with a strong track record of successful property rentals.
A deep understanding of the London property market and its dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to facilitate successful agreements.
Selfmotivated and driven to exceed targets, delivering exceptional customer service.
Must have a valid driver's license, access to their own car, and be eligible for a car allowance.

Benefits:

A basic salary of £22,000 and competitive ontarget earnings of £40,000 to £50,000, reflecting your skills and performance.
Car allowance to support your mobility within the South West London area.
