Role -Branch Manager

Salary - £25,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location - Reading, Berkshire

Do you have experience working in Estate Agencies, utilising your exceptional communication, negotiation skills and leadership skills?

What will you be doing as a Branch Manager?:

Representing the company
Motivating and managing a team
Being constantly aware of market conditions
Achieving plans for fee earning services
Referring valuations and viewings
Achieving sales targets for lettings, instructions and sales
Ensuring targets for sales are met and measured weekly/monthly/annually
3 Years Experience in Estate Agencies (Essential)
Letting Experience (Advantageous)
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Excellent Negotiation Skills
Excellent Leadership Skills
Full UK Licence/Own Transport
