The business plan is to become a major player and disrupter in the UK Telco UCaaS sector, with a 20-year history it's more than ready to take that next step having been acquired by a major European VC group.

We're now looking for highly talented and ambitious Commercial Support Co-Ordinator to join our team and place Customer Experience at the heart of everything we do in order to make our success inevitable.

The Role


This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a fantastic commercial department, not only be commercial focused you will be involved and be apart of the operational process learning and adapting new skill sets to allow you to gain confidence and make decisions when needed to.


You will have the control to support all new / existing customers coming on board and ensuring their customer expectations are met and delivery a high-level service from day 1, controlling and communicating with the customer and anyone internal to ensure thinks are kept inline with SLA and process requirements.


The aim is to ensure from point of sale we are getting our customers on board and installed within the SLA time and making sure there are no problem's during this time frame, allowing to maximise the profit also meet install expectations.

Key accountabilities.

  • Customer welcome calls proven to be done within an SLA.
  • Proposing finance and setting up finance agreements
  • Liaising with finance companies
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information
  • Manage install expectation's
  • Communication with the field sales team and operation depts
  • Chasing outstanding paperwork
  • Completing any resign's relating to lease or services and amend the billing accordingly
  • Checking through Sales PDF's and ensuring they are up to date
  • Check all paperwork for new deals
  • Dealing with any incoming ETC's or Settlements
  • Broadband checks on all deals
  • Customer questions or queries on anything you are handling
  • Any ad hoc duties
