Permanent contract | 25 hours a week, 39 weeks a year (Term Time + 1 week) | £14,113 to £15,466 per annum (Grade F) | Norwich
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the friendly Portage Team


We are looking for a qualified children's practitioner, to work with children with SEND aged 0-5 and their families within the home.


Portage is a highly regarded early years education service for children aged 0-5 and their families, working along the Small Steps to Learning ethos.

You will have control and responsibility for your own diary in this busy and fulfilling role.

You must be able to travel around the Norwich area in your own transport for which mileage is paid. Regular supervision and training opportunities will help support you in this role.

Flexibility is built into the way we work, with hybrid working a key feature for many roles. Our technology platform and equipment are first class, enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity.
