The Role:


The role of Claims Processor is critical to delivering the long-term strategy of our client - to build sustainable & profitable growth, to be a great company to do business with and to be a great place to work.

The Claims Processor role will play an integral role in enabling the efficient management, processing and co-ordination of all insurance claims related activity to ensure existing customer review industry leading levels of care and attention.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • To provide firstclass advice and support to existing customers.
  • Ensuring their insurance claim is managed attentively through the claims management process.
  • To liaise with head office and management teams to resolve claims that require higher authority.
  • Liaising with third parties to negotiate and discuss the settlement of claims, ensuring the best possible outcome is delivered for the customer and a fair resolution is reached.
  • To develop longterm, profitable relationships with existing clients.
  • To develop and build strong relationships with internal colleagues across the business.
  • To ensure the smooth processing of claims and that customer expectations are met and exceeded upon.
  • To manage the daytoday relationships with customers, whilst ensuring that expectations are managed, and promises are delivered on in a timely and accurate manner.

Skills and Experiences:


  • Have experience working in a customer environment.
  • To be able to display high levels of integrity and trust in everything they do.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • To have demonstrable experience of succeeding in an office environment.
  • A selfstarter who is able to show a drive and hunger to achieve excellent results.
  • To be able to build rapport quickly.
  • To be able to demonstrate empathy.

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
