Options Autism are currently hiring a Night Team Leader in the North Lincolnshire region

Role:
Nights Team Leader

Salary:
Up to £26,994.24 per annum**
Hours: Full-time; Fixed Term (
42 hours per week - 7 day rota pattern)

The Opportunity

Our next Nights Team Leader
will be someone who has:

Mandatory:_ Level 3 Diploma
Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.

_**:

Experience of working in a residential setting
Working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Children's Act and Quality Care Standards
Experience of leading and motivating teams
Ability to effectively train individuals and groups

Options Autism are recruiting a Nights Team Leader to join our team based in Barton-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire.

Options Barton School is a specialist 38 bed registered Children's home and school.

We support Children and Young People from the ages of build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.

This home is within commuting distance from Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Doncaster, Hull and surrounding towns.
