Compliance Analyst
You will form part of the Second Line of Defence, as a function independent from daily business activities.

Overseeing and maintaining the global regulatory strategy framework.
Production, review and analysis of internal and external reports, including metrics, to identify emerging regulatory issues and trends
Assisting horizon scanning for regulatory developments and reporting any new or proposed regulation or legislation that may impact the Relevant Business to relevant business and Compliance stakeholders
Supporting the Relevant Business in assessing and understanding the impact of new and/or amended regulation or legislation and delivery
Helping the Compliance Director for Captives, Risk and Analytics and ICT
Aiding the Global Policy lead
Supporting the wider Compliance Function in adhoc strategic or operational projects as requested
Undertaking monitoring activities.
Reviewing and processing existing company policies against everchanging regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Good level of regulatory and corporate governance knowledge.
Great interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively in order to promote an effective and business focused compliance culture.
Ability to work, both individually and as a team, under pressure to tight timelines.
Commercial awareness a commercial and pragmatic approach to managing compliance risks.
Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining excellent understanding of regulatory developments.
Must be committed to maintaining a robust compliance culture and high ethical standards.
Always demonstrates high integrity.
Organised and methodical.
A keen eye for solving problems.
Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
