Always Flourishing are currently working with a vibrant 3 form entry school based in the heart of Slough.This wonderful primary school are currently looking for a passionate long term SEN TA to support a child with SEND needs.
Job Type:
Full Time 8:30-3:30
This is a temporary position until the end of the year with the opportunity for this to become permanent.
Start Date:19th February.
Job Role:
- Provide 1on1 support to a Year 2 student with a EHCP.
- Help the student develop social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Build a strong rapport and create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Implement strategies and interventions to support the student's specific needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure the student's success.
Requirements:
- Passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant experience or qualifications in SEN would be beneficial.

Experience:
