3rd Line Support Engineer - Hereford - to £40k + Excellent Benefits**This is a 100% on-site role.

Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Third Line Engineer to join the IT Operations team where you'll have a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with great people across of the team.

This is a varied and hands on role where you will mentor and support 1st and 2nd line engineers as well as working on projects.

If you're passionate about delivering amazing customer service and looking at the bigger picture to build on the user experience, not to mention putting out the odd fire, then this could be the ideal role for you In addition to this you will need to beversatile enough to provide support to the wider areas of the IT Operations team.

You'll be working with and mentoring a small but highly knowledgeable and ambitious team to support in delivering our overall IT Strategy.

This is a role where you can really see your positive impact throughout all of the business and with clients.

Due to the nature of or client's business you will also be trusted as an integral member of the team to work with confidential and sensitive data.

Within this role you will be:

Mentoring and assisting 1st and 2nd Line engineers, customers, suppliers and 3rd party vendors where necessary to resolve Incidents
Manage hardware configuration and software installations projects / releases
Support in the development and writing of technical tender proposals
Advise senior stakeholders both internally and externally, utilising monitoring system, to proactively prevent incidents and to resolve those that cannot be prevented
