Finance Administration Assistant - London, United Kingdom - Langton N4P
Description
Our client a community development charity is seeking Part-Time Finance Administrator (15-20hrs per week) to join their friendly team.Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide dedicated administration support to the finance team and other departments within the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the finance team's appointments and calendar.
- Taking minutes.
- Dealing with petty cash and tracking all transactions.
- First point of contact for all telephone calls and directing them accordingly.
- Performing adhoc duties as and when they arise.
About You:
- Proven experience in providing highlevel administrative support, ideally for a leadership or governance function.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with staff, trustees, donors, and external partners with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problemsolving skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
