Grade and salary:
Grade 3: £22,369 - £24,054 per annum


Working pattern: 37 hours per week, all year round

The Two Counties Trust:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment and Contracts Coordinator to join the Human Resources Team at The Two Counties Trust.

You will join a team of dedicated, likeminded HR professionals who pride themselves on delivering an excellent service to the schools within our Trust.


In addition to recruitment and onboarding, you will also be responsible for processing letters, documents and contracts associated with any employment or contractual changes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Although not essential, experience of working within education and knowledge of Keep Children Safe in Education would be advantageous.
