People Analytics Officer:

As a People Analytics Officer you will have responsibility for developing and delivering a range of data and management information outputs; supporting key HR Information systems and working as part of a wider team to contribute to key University strategic initiatives. You will be a key member of our busy, solution focussed HR team, working closely with colleagues in the HR Management Information team to operationally support a range of business as usual and service wide HR strategic initiatives.

You will have demonstrable experience of producing high quality data analytics and be able to elicit requirements and effectively communicate process changes to a range of stakeholders.

You will be highly competent in handling and manipulating data to produce high quality outputs to support business decisions and communicate findings to a range of stakeholders.

You will have a proven track record of delivering practical results, problem solving and be able to work under pressure.

Possessing strong organisational skills, you will also be able prioritise your own workload and work to tight deadlines.
