Property Litigation Paralegal

A brand new opportunity to work within the housing management & property management team at a legal 500 top tier firm as a Property Litigation paralegal has just arisen.

One of the largest teams in England, this one gives you a fantastic chance to collaboratewith 33 fee earners directly.

Assistance with possession actions, tenancy violations, antisocial behaviour, allegations of poor maintenance, various proceedings, and forfeiture against leaseholders is part of the general work performed for registered social housing providers and privatelandlords.


Your New Role:

You will be joining an exciting team undertaking duties such as:

  • Assisting solicitors and fee earners
  • Drafting claims and witness statements
  • Preparing legal documents and bundles
  • Attending court
  • Client and court liaison
  • Assisting with various enquiries
  • Organising filing within the company

About You:


  • Previous property litigation, ideally 13 years
  • Ideally completed or doing the LPC
  • Need to be ambitious, proactive, and reliable
  • Effective organisational and IT skills
