We are currently looking for a talented and motivated
Apprentice Building Safety Surveyor to join our Building Safety team in Central London.
You will study for a BSc(Hons) in Building Control with the University College of Estate Management which is taught as an on on-line course giving you the flexibility to combine your work and studies to suit you.
What does the role involve?
As an Apprentice you will spend 80% of your time on project work and 20% of time studying.
Working with us will give you the opportunity to work on landmark projects and schemes of all shapes and sizes.
You will also learn from experienced people who share a passion for working together with our customers to deliver technical excellence.
Our Building Regulation team work on a wide range of domestic and commercial projects and you will have the opportunity to broaden your expertise and work collaboratively in exciting, transformational projects.
To be successful in this role you'll possess:
- An interest and understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- The desire to learn, progress and challenge yourself.
- The ability to communicate in a fluent and positive manner with Clients and other team members and to produce written documents in clear English.
- 96 UCAS tariff points (or an equivalent level of attainment through recognised qualifications not included in the UCAS tariff).
- GSCE Grade C or 4 and above in English (or equivalent).
- GSCE Grade C or 4 and above in Maths (or equivalent).
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
