Description

The Resident Liaison Officer will work towards minimising disruption to residents, gaining access to units and establishing relationships with all parties to ensure a smooth process during refurbishment projects.

Taking the lead in resident liaison work, you will be the main point of contact between the project teams and the residents.


You will build and maintain good relationships with residents, ensuring they are informed at all times about the different stages of the planned works and that all their queries are answered promptly and with empathy.


Main Objectives of the role:


  • To ensure that the residents experience high levels of service from PiLON, to generate customer satisfaction, loyalty to the brand and positive recommendations
  • Work collaboratively as part of the site team to deliver services in line with the contract requirements, following contract specifications, company policies and procedures

Must-haves and skills required:


  • Full, clean UK driving license and own vehicle
  • Customerfocused mindset
  • Problemsolving skills, to allow you to deal with complaints and challenges in a calm and professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong timekeeping and reliability
  • Good prioritisation skills and flexibility, to meet commitments and deadlines
  • Organised, with excellent administration skills

Desired qualifications (however, we can support you to get these if required):

  • Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme [SSSTS]
  • Asbestos Awareness Training
  • First Aid qualification
  • Health & Safety Awareness
