As a Warehouse Operations Assistant at our fulfilment hub, you will support the team leader with various aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory and shipment management, along with ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and storing incoming shipments of beauty products, ensuring accuracy in inventory records.

Shipment Preperation:Assit the team in preparing inventory transfers to other locations, including counting and packing products.

Quality Control: Work closely with the team leader to inspect incoming and outgoing products, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.

Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, ensuring proper maintenance and reporting any issues.

Communication: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, as well as cross-functional teams, to coordinate and prioritise tasks.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and any incidents or issues within the warehouse.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a driven and committed new team member with a passion for the beauty industry.
You would be ideal for the job if you:

Ability to lift and move heavy boxes as needed.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry is a plus.
Love to work as part of a closeknit team.
Strong passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
