Logistics Administrator
Monday-Friday: 08:30-17:00.
Full-Time - Permanent

TLP are pleased to be working with our client, a leading and award-winning logistics company, in their search for a dedicated, capable, and experienced
Logistics Administrator, to assist their hardworking team on their upward curve and forward moving momentum
Working within a busy fulfilment operation, you will have the opportunity to work within a friendly, receptive, and engaging team, who will support and assist you in working together to achieve results and deliver excellent customer service.
Role Outline and Responsibilities;
- Daily communication with clients, handling order requests, processing through a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and coordinating delivery to the end client.
- Liaising directly with Warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring stock integrity and accuracy for several clients and having responsibility for continually maintaining stock records.
- Building and maintaining client relations for continued business with customers.
- Confirming delivery requirements and offering expertise to clients for the best or most costeffective delivery solutions to suit needs.
- Supporting customers with general advice and guidance.
- Coordinate and collate all records for charging and invoicing to ensure all charges are accurate and justifiable to clients.
- Build strong relationships with Global Partners who operate across the full range of services.
Experience and Skills required;
- Strong Customer Service focus.
- Good problemsolving skills.
- Lateral thinker who can come up with different/better ways of working.
- Ability to adapt in what is a fastmoving working environment.
- Strong communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with the warehouse team on what is required or expected of them.
- Great attention to detail, ensuring all transactions are recorded, stock integrity is maintained and correctly located though the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong IT skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Current experience in Warehousing, Stock holding and Delivery services (Advantageous).
- Experience working within a fulfilment business (Highly advantageous).
