Our group includes EcoVyn, a recycler, processor and compounder of PVC waste and our internal supply chain partner.

To continue to be efficient and responsible to our customers and embrace their needs, we have an exciting opportunity for two Customer Service Coordinators to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

Strives to achieve performance standards for timeliness and accuracy of orders and invoicing.

Processes all incoming sales orders from customers and sales representatives accurately and efficiently.

Reviews back-order data to determine customer service outputs.

Follows the returns process through to refund or exchange.

Daily contact with customers, resolving issues and handling escalated queries.

Supports the delivery process and liaising between logistics, sales and warehouse departments.

Maintains strong customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.

Liaises with couriers and is committed to excellence in all client relationships.

Sales order book management (enabling accurate visibility of order book/due dates).

You will need:

To have proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

To be able to prioritise your own workload and work under your own initiative.

To be adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.

To be able to work in a fast-paced varied environment and be able to work under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skills.

A willingness to learn.

Excellent level of using Microsoft office packages.

Demonstrable data analytic and problem solving skills.
