Description
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to a rapidly expanding business based in Felixstowe.

This newly created role will ensure that the core financial performance is presented and analysed on a timely and accurate basis enabling joint working with operational management to drive performance improvement.


Responsibilities include:

  • Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
  • Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
  • Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers, stakeholders and their teams
  • Preparing annual budgets and a rolling 12 month forecast with supporting commentary
  • Supporting business projects with financial analysis and recommendations
  • Ad hoc financial analysis to support management decision making
  • Supporting the production of Statutory Accounts

Key skills:

  • You will be a qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA with relevant post qualified experience
  • Experience of working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proposing, justifying and implementing change
  • Commercial awareness, creative thinker and problem solver
