A 12-month maternity cover has arisen in our People Team, and we are currently looking for an engaging and driven People Lead to partner with our Executive Team and deliver on strategic elements of our people strategy.

The role sits as part of the People Leadership Team with line management responsibilities.

Location is flexible.


About the role:


The People Lead is accountable for key elements of the people strategy both through the wider people team and effective engagement with their portfolio areas.

They partner and collaborate with our Executive Directors and their Leadership Teams, providing expert strategic advice and guidance to support them and the business in achieving their objectives, whilst ensuring adherence to the organisational design and policies.


We are looking for someone that is CIPD qualified and has extensive experience in HR business partnering and excellent stakeholder management skills.

We work closely with our Enabling Partner to deliver all HR services, therefore experience in working with a shared service model would be highly beneficial.

A passion for HR data and reporting is also highly desirable.
