Main duties of the job
The AHP practice development team supports our services to deliver excellent patient care and high quality staff experiences.
This new role will involve working alongside staff on apprenticeship programmes to maximise their learning, and offer continuing development for these staff.
An enthusiasm for lifelong learning is essential as this role will be supporting the needs of AHP apprentices throughout their education programmes, as well as providing support and education that is not offered elsewhere.
Assisting in the development of a sustainable apprenticeship programme for AHPs will also be part of this post-holders responsibilities, alongside recruitment of AHP apprentices.

The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
