Main duties of the job
Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides Mental Health, CAMHS, Learning Disabilities and Children's Services across the Black Country.

We are looking to recruit a Performance, Improvement and Planning Facilitator to support our Adult Mental Health Division with the delivery of high quality care to our patients.


The post holder will support the Adult Mental Health Performance, Improvement and Planning Manager by working closely with the clinical teams within the organisation supporting service improvement and delivery, innovation & business planning.

The role sits part of a team geared towards supporting the Trust delivery on its Continuous Improvement Framework, as well as being the conduit between Corporate and Operational Services.

Experience

Essential criteria

  • A Levels/GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience of data analysis and the ability to interpret data and produce quality reports with recommendations for improvement
  • Experience of working in the NHS or a similar/equivalent working environment
  • Confident and strong user of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Skills in data collection, data validation via reporting systems
  • The ability to use and develop specific spreadsheets, databases and compliance monitoring tools

Desirable criteria

  • An awareness and understanding of how performance is monitored, maintained and improved

Salary:
£25,147.00-£27,596.00 per year
