Description

You will be responsible for creating lesson plans, providing individual support, and helping students reach their potential in an inclusive learning environment.

This role requires the ability to maintain student engagement, provide positive behaviour managementstrategies, and manage expectations while helping the students become independent learners.


Responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons and learning activities
  • Develop individualised support plans
  • Monitor student progress, record observations, and data collection
  • Participate in school activities and contribute to the whole school community
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:


  • Proven experience teaching special educational needs children
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A passion for teaching
