Description
Marc Daniels are recruiting a Payroll Clerk to join a large, multinational company on a short-term interim basis.

THIS ROLE OFFERS REMOTE WORKING.

If you have strong payroll experience within a large company and are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, this role is perfect for you


Responsibilities:


  • Make sure client payrolls are run on time, complying with legislation, i.e. PAYE, AE and GDPR.
  • Good working knowledge of payroll / experience liaising with payroll providers
  • Handling P45s / P11Ds
  • Make sure information is submitted to the HMRC
  • Answer queries relating to payroll issues.
  • Collate information regarding the current payroll run.
  • Run a payroll using Zellis
  • Collate year end information.

Requirements:


  • A payroll foundation level qualification would be advantageous but not essential
  • 2 years'+ experience within payroll
  • Knowledge of PAYE.
  • Good Word and Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll software
