Maintenance Supervisor

Repairs & Maintenance, Home Improvements

Reporting to Managing Director

To undertake duties primarily in the North East but may be required to assist in the North West and Yorkshire when required.

Undertake all necessary Maintenance works for the Group in a timely manner.

Ensure that Maintenance and Repair contracts are carried out in accordance with the scope of works.

Ensure that Home Improvements contracts are carried out in accordance with the scope of works.

Manage the labour resource to maximise returns for the company.

Fully document any variations to the scope of works and obtain the necessary authorisations prior to undertaking the works.

Check the quality and standard of work carried out by the operatives on site.

Carry out site surveys/measures.

Review timesheets and authorise payments.

Review sub-contractors invoices and authorise.

Liaise with Customer Care Admin to keep Master Maintenance Sheet up to date.

Ensure all employees are fully complying with the company Health and Safety Policy at all times.

Collate weekly timesheets.

Maintain records of stock held at Head Office and Operatives vehicles

Prepare reports as and when required.

Any other duties reasonably requested.

Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm.

Company Van provided.

Salary by negotiation
