We're at an exciting stage, building the Bank of the Future and developing the next generation of Cyber Security solutions.

The Governance, Risk & Compliance team is part of Security, Data & Technology Services.

We are responsible for the ongoing management of the Risk, Resilience, Audit and Governance framework across SDTS and for adherence to regulatory and compliance standardsfor security toolsets supported as part of the Cyber Threat Detection service.

What you'll be doing
You'll be joining a fast-paced team who are leading the way in the IT Cyber Security industry.

LBG are investing significantly in this field so if risk and cyber is your thing then you'll love the fact that we're constantly innovating our security technologiesand tools to protect LBG against threats.


Working in an expanding and fast-paced team, in this insightful role, you will be a key individual in owning and managing the risk, governance, audit and compliance reporting to help ensure the wider SDTS function is effective in management of all LBG policyrequirements.

Together with this you will be responsible for interacting with the diverse group of stakeholders as required to govern the overall risk profile.


Your other responsibilities include:


  • Lead the annual programme of Control Self-Assessments working collaboratively across all SDTS teams
  • Lead on specific risk projects and be an expert in assigned policies, understanding, translating, and communicating the expectations to colleagues
  • Manage updates for risk profiles, controls and assessments within the RCSA system

What we're looking for.

Essential:


  • Able to engage with stakeholders at different levels, with the ability to adapt communication styles to aid different audiences
  • Indepth knowledge of Security, Risk and Operational Resilience core principles
  • Detailed knowledge of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework
  • Knowledge of GDPR principles and use of PII
  • Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse information from multiple sources
