Description

The Role:

This role has an 80/20 split on recruitment support and HR admin.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:


  • Drafting letters and HR correspondence
  • Ensuring team member information is up to date and correct
  • Organizing training for various departments
  • Carrying out compliance checks such as driving licence updates, DBS renewals etc
  • Supporting people focused projects within DEI, EVP and other areas
  • Assisting with planning company events and rewards

Skills and experience needed for this role:

  • Must be a confident individual who can build rapport with all levels of staff.
  • Proactive in your daily duties, with the ability to think for yourself.
  • Professional with a strong ability to understand the need for confidentiality
  • Empathic nature
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous experience within the IT recruitment space will be highly advantageous but is not essential.

Salary:

£22,000 - £28,000 gross per annum dependant on experience.

This role is based from our Croydon (CR0) head office. Hybrid working available post successful probation (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).
