An opportunity has arisen for two Clinical Fellows to work within NHSE Northwest Workforce, Training & Education Directorate's COVID Recovery Programme focusing on the teaching of effective clinical reasoning and decision making and its role in improving patient care - facilitating 'right patient, right place, every time'.
The post holder will be supported by the Associate Dean for COVID Recovery and supervised by Clinical Academics with an expertise in medical education, clinical reasoning and quality improvement.
They will work closely with relevant clinical and service teams within the host trust.Salford Care Organisation is part of the Northern Care Alliance, one of the largest NHS organisations in the country.
