My client is well-known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout Kent.

The Probate department are looking for an experienced Probate Paralegal.
This role will suit a skilled individual with previous Probate and Litigation experience.

The role will involve drafting legal documents and correspondence following advice provided by the team's lawyers, progressing files and liaising with clients, institutions, and colleagues as necessary.

You will be primarily dealing with wills, trusts and lasting power of attorney, as these are the main focuses of the law firm.

You will require at least one year's experience as a Probate Paralegal to be considered for this role.
