The One Group are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a successful business in Peterborough to work within a small but friendly team.

This position is available due to an internal promotion and therefore poses an opportunity for this1 year contract to be extended or become permanent.

You will be a key support to the manager of the team and your role will be varied:

  • Working to collection targets
  • Handling and resolving customer queries where possible or escalating if appropriate
  • Producing debt reports for management
  • Setting up direct debits
  • Updating systems when and where needed

  • £22,000-£25,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
