Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)

Immediate Start - 12-Weeks - Permanent Prospects


Your role will be to provide a range of administrative and operational support for the Business Services Team across the organisation at the direction of the Head of the Business Services Team.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Processing legal and financial trademark documents for external clients using a bespoke CRM database
  • Routine tasks associated with media enquiries and monitoring of media coverage
  • Administrative tasks associated with campaigns and events
  • Processing and coordinating merchandise orders
  • Carrying out tasks to ensure the maintenance and smooth running of the building, facilities, and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and support the organisation external and internal relationships and communications systems
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and attend to all visitors
  • To enter data, maintain and produce reports from the CRM and other databases
  • To provide enquiries and administrative support in person or by phone for other departments as required
  • To work alongside the other Enquiries Officers in the provision of an agile and whole department approach to enquiries and administration, working with the manager to ensure that resources are flexible in response to individual teamwork loads and priorities.
  • To arrange and deliver the promotion of the organisation income generating services through exhibitions and similar events including attendance at such events as deemed appropriate.
  • Franking and processing all posts and deliveries including sending out resources and merchandise
  • To undertake any such relevant and appropriate duties as required
Based in Altrincham, working 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri (Hybrid Working)
