What you will be doing...
As our new
Senior Campaigns Executive, you'll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal.

You'll play a crucial role in our Campaigns team, taking the lead in developing, coordinating and delivering first-class marketing campaigns.

Your main goal is to ensure that our campaigns are not only delivered on time and within budget but also maintain a high standard of quality.

A large part of your role involves collaborating with various senior stakeholders within the Marketing team, across the business, and external agencies.

Since you'll be working with all our brands, a keen eye for detail is crucial, especially in campaign planning.

As our
Senior Campaigns Executive, you'll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

  • Hybrid working (we're in the office 2 days per week).
  • Annual pay reviews.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be working closely with the Creative and Campaigns Manager on the development and delivery of an annual campaigns plan, ensuring all plans within it deliver on business objectives.
  • You'll manage the endtoend delivery of all marketing campaigns from creative development (including production) to campaign analysis and continually review and develop the endtoend process.
  • You'll support managing the campaigns planning process for the Marketing team, being the representative for all trading and campaign briefs and leading on the briefing and activation process with the wider Marketing team.
  • You'll be working with channel owners, insights and analytics teams to develop and deliver campaign reports for all campaigns, ensuring continual test and learn.

What you'll have:

  • You'll have experience in marketing and/or campaign planning across multiple marketing channels, along with experience of project management tools and MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You'll have strong commercial and analytical skills, along with being agile and able to adapt to a fastpaced, targetdriven retail environment and be confident working reactively to business requirements.
  • This role will suit a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious person, who is able to work on their own initiative, who is passionate about the travel industry and looking to gain experience in a multichannel marketing department.
  • You'll be great at communication, being proactive, and excelling in building strong relationships.
