The Recipe
Are you a Manufacturing Trainer or Production Trainer at the top of your game and looking for your next challenge? We have an opportunity for a Trainer at our Stockton site


Working alongside the Operations Team, you will support the team, driving consistency and excellence across all learning interventions for new and existing colleagues.

You will lead by promoting safe, economical, and professional practices and be our ambassadorfor excellence in manufacturing.

Key Accountabilities and Measures
We work collaboratively and teamwork is very important to us.

Our Manufacturing Trainers work with the production teams to ensure all our team members are inducted and on-boarded in accordance with Company policy, health & safety and statutory and legalrequirements on our highly automated manufacturing equipment.

As well as making sure our existing team members receive further training and development in their roles.


Personal development is something that we champion, and you'll be implementing and delivering a training schedule to assist in the development and coaching of team members who are looking to develop within Warburtons.


You will have previous work experience in supporting the Manufacturing operation through continuous improvement, validation & creation of Standard Operation Procedures.

You will be passionate about training and development and be able to engage our teamsto be at their very best therefore you will have excellent communication skills.


Essential Ingredients

  • Experience of delivering & evaluate training, ideally in an FMCG organisation
  • Demonstrates a passion for learning, seeking opportunities to learn, improve and innovate
  • Experience of delivering 1:1, Group, face to face learning or virtual interventions and ability to engage different learner styles
  • Ability to use coaching and mentoring approaches in learning
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with confidence to promote the value of a learning culture
  • Credible and impactful communicator both in written and oral presentations
  • Good knowledge of the learning cycle and experience in its implementation
  • Excellent understanding of accelerated learning techniques and adult learning theories and confident in using this to design and deliver engaging development solutions
  • Excellent planning, organisational skills
