Accounts Clerk/Bookkeeper, part time, £13-15ph

Normanton, West Yorkshire


Do you have accounts/bookkeeping experience and looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a client based in Normanton.

This would suit someone who is personable, strong communication skills and able to work to timescales and priorities workload.


Skills Required:


  • Bookkeeper
  • Xero and Excel
  • Confident communicator
  • Experience of Management accounts

Key Responsibilities:


  • Raising/processing of sales invoices
  • Raising/processing of purchases
  • Uploading & processing of bank payments
  • Prep and issuing of month end statements
  • Monitoring/chasing of payments from clients.
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Processing of monthly expenses
  • Month end management account prep
  • Payroll upload
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • General administrative duties

In return you will be offered:

  • Part time hours of 18-20
  • Hourly pay of £1315ph

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
