EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a highly respected independent estate agency which has been established for over 30 years.

Specialising in the areas of Hampstead Garden Suburb, Highgate, Kenwood, Golders Hill, St. John's Wood, BelsizePark, Primrose Hill and surrounding areas.

We are recruiting a Sales Manager to join this professional and customer service focused agency offering an attractive £70k on target earnings in year 1.

Interviewing now with a start date asap, 5 years + experience in property sales is essential

Responsibilities/role:

Head of Sales
Dealing with sales enquiries
Registering new applicants, identifying their requirements and arranging viewings
Negotiating offers and agreeing new sales
Conducting sales progression
Supporting the team and managing the sales department
Identifying opportunities to generate new business
Conducting market appraisals
Working closely with the director to achieve department objectives
Building long term relationships with clients

Experience/skills required:

Minimum 5 years' experience in property sales
Proven track record of sales and achieving targets
Experience in sales progression and the whole sales process
Experienced in generating instructions
Driving licence and car
Highly customer service focused

Package/benefits:

- £25k - £30k basic salary per annum
- £70k + OTE
- £200 per month car allowance

Scaled commission structure
Parking available
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am 6.30pm, alternate Saturdays 10.00am 2.00pm
