SEND Teaching Assistant

Location:
Belper, Derbyshire

Daily rate:
£75 - £85 per day (PAYE)


DegreeSix are working with a local primary school close by to Belper to work with students who have statements of ASD.

You'll be expected to help the students with their academic and social skills in Key Stage 1.


In this role you may have to work 1:1 and in small groups, whilst regularly updating the class teacher with the students progress.

The working pattern for this role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm. Timings are non negotiable however job share is available.

  • SEN experience is preferred in a school setting
  • Willing to obtain a DBS and put it on the update service
