Joining our Mortality team as our Data Entry Administrator, your main focus will be on verifying the accuracy of data sent to us by our suppliers.

This role is slightly sensitive in nature as the data we receive contains information relating to people recently deceased.

You will cleanse the data to input into our Mortascreen system which is shared with our clients.


As our Data Entry Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that supplier data is received by the agreed date and contacting them in the case of non-supply.
  • Processing the data via the Mortascreen system.
  • Reviewing and correcting, where possible, rejected records.
  • Processing output data, including bespoke requirements.
  • Uploading data for our clients through a variety of channels and ensuring these are all completed in line with deadlines.
  • Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly counts.
  • Reporting any potential data or system issues to our Product Development Director.
  • Suggesting any ways in which the process or system could be improved.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • A high level of accuracy with your data entry.
  • Experience of working to deadlines on tasks.
