Internal Sales Team Leader - Leeds, United Kingdom - Venatu
Description
Role and Responsibilities- Being responsible for a specific depot's internal sales and profit growth
- Creating and following up on quotations
- Lead generation and engaging with cold prospects
- Welcoming new customers and maximising opportunities
- Reducing customer churn
- Regenerating dormant accounts
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships
- Keeping accurate CRM records
- Supporting our fieldbased sales team
- Working alongside the Customer Success Manager to ensure the prosperity of the team
Employment Details
Salary is paid on a weekly basis (one week in arrears)
28 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays (Jan-Dec) Christmas closure taken from holiday entitlement. Statutory Sick Pay.
Workwear Provided if required.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Mon-Fri 8hrs
Qualifications and Education Requirements

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must have sales experience
- Must have SOME management experience
- Experience in the building/construction supply sector is preferred but NOT essential.
