TEMPORARY COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

IMMEDIATE START

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

8:00AM -17:00PM

£25,000 PER ANNUM

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them as appropriate
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles is a plus
