The London team of a US owned meeting and event planning company for blue chip clients in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking an ambitious Administrator/Coordinator with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Based at their CentralLondon offices, you will support the Events Manager with all aspects of planning European events. This will include oversight of travel arrangements - flights, visas and airport transfer. You will assist with all aspects of hotel arrangements including roominglist, meeting space, F&B and audio/visual equipment.

You will also serve as point of contact to the clients, hotels, travel agencies, ground transportation and other related parties.

The ability to update and maintain the database accurately is essential.


Initially based full time in the office, this role offers great prospects and is a 'stepping stone' to becoming an Events Manager - where you will have the opportunity to travel regularly to Europe.


Proven experience gained in a client facing role within a meeting planning agency or the hotel / hospitality industry
isdesirable for this role.

Degree level of education (or equivalent) with a charismatic personality always ready to deliver a five star service with a smile Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases are needed.

European languagesare not a requirement but would be useful.
